#Top10: Fixed a bug for the wet/dry periods. Those are now correct.
#Airlink: Winddata are now fetched through the API for both incremental and full json data upload
#DayRecords: The report is now independent of thrifty to have correct formatting and prevent out of date reports
 
NOTE: It is required to update touse CMX version 3.25.0 to use this version of CUtils.
