<br/>Wrt the NOAA reports in CMX 4.4.0 the following:</br>
#I will not put any effort in modifying CUtils to display the NOAA reports in HTML format, only in the 'old' text format will be supported. The disadvantage is that some users use the same CMX instance to serve both the standard website and CUtils' website. If you wish to serve the standard CMX website as HTML you will have to find a solution or accept the result in CUtils as is. CUtils expects CMX to have the NOAA setting text for the reports. The HTML output is unpredictable.
#The only difference is that the CMX text setting uses the ''<nowiki><pre></pre></nowiki>'' tags to display the text. </br>
