#ExtraSensors: If the ExtraSensors remain open for more than 10 minutes (or multiples thereof) the ExtraSensor charts are reloaded. With this the ExtraSensors have the same feature as the Home charts.

I started a Project to display all (or most) dates according to the locale used in the ''cumulusutils.ini'' file. The user cannot configure the date/time display. At some places (notably the clocks pane on the dashboard) will obey the locale for the date but not for the time. In the dashboard Clocks pane the time will always be displayed with the '''HH:mm''' format. Other exceptions will be explicitly mentioned but the effort will be to have only the dashboard clock as exception.

#HighCharts: All charts in CUtils will now display short dates (i.e. dd/mm/yyyy) according to the locale. This only is seen in the tooltips (e.g. the heatmap and Temperature Sum)
#Charts Compiler: To accommodate the mix of scatter with other plots, only the main y-axis (the first in the definition) now generates its gridlines, and the ticks for the different y-axis are no longer aligned. This will give a slightly different experience for the charts.
 
NOTE: This version will be beta as long as required but as the functionality will not change it can be used with pretty much zero risk.
