For example, as at 13 May 2014, the standard named templates from Jacques DesRochesDesroches (see [http://weatherbyyou.com English language site] and [http://meteoduquebec.com French language site]) require '''UTF-8 encode''' within the web settings frame on ''Sites/Options'' tab of internet settings to be deselected. i.e. his pages use 'iso-8859-1' encoding.
