I am beginning to understand how the wiki works and that i am supposed to read the watch list. There should be a short instruction for new users!

As said before, the only administrator, on this Wiki, with good Wiki knowledge, is user [[User:saratogaWX|SaratogaWX]].
From my limited knowledge, here are some answers:

#is it possible to send a message if a watch page is talked about?
#*On [[Help:Contents]], it says an email is sent telling you when an entry is saved.
#*As administrator, I can see ''unwatched'' pages, but no more watching information
#*As administrator, I can see your gmail account, but I cannot discover where you have added "Watch".
#is it possible to send a message when a watched page is changed by somebody not yourself?
