Most browsers will display 'page information' that tells you when the page was last modified (by querying the web server). if the page was recently modified, then the next item to investigate is the template file; a template file contains Cumulus web tags and the 'process' that Cumulus does to create a web page involves reading text from a template and when it finds a web tag it inserts the latest value. Therefore if ~~you~~there ~~have~~is ~~renamed~~no ~~for~~template ~~example~~file, ~~index.htm into indexT.htm the web page that~~all Cumulus ~~creates~~can ~~will~~do beis ~~based~~just onupload the ~~old~~ web page ~~not on a template and because~~as it ~~has no Cumulus web tags it cannot update the information, just create a new copy of old~~was ~~information~~previously. if the page was not recently modified, ***maybe you are not running Cumulus, so it is not updating.
