Above the table, you will see 3 more buttons:
* '''Edit''' - you need to highlight a row, before you can use this button, it brings up a dialog with the title '''Edit Record''', in it each field is listed in turn vertically, and alongside each is the current value which you can edit into another value. At the end of this dialog (scroll down) are '''Cancel''' and '''Save''' buttons with obvious meanings (before version 3.6.1 these were respectively ''Close'' and ''Edit'' buttons, which were harder to understand).
* '''Delete''' - you need to highlight a row, before you can use this button, it simply deletes the whole highlighted line.
*'''Refresh''' - this button is available any time, it refreshes back the current contents, losing any unsaved changes.
