An alternative way to load Cumulus MX onto a Raspberry Pi is by using docker (a package installation), it may not be kept up to date but there is such a package at [https://github.com/magimat/rpi-cumulusmx rpi-cumulusmx] and a very old one at [https://github.com/Apollorion/CumulusMX-Docker CumulusMX-Docker].
